Pricing questions
What is the difference between the two plans?
One shop is the Standard plan. From the second site onward you want Plus & Multi-Site: it adds unlimited locations, shared checklist templates and review across all of them, at $3 per user a month instead of $2.
What counts as a location?
One physical site with its own team and its own kiosk. Two shops on the same street are two locations; two counters inside one shop are one.
Is there a contract or commitment?
No. Monthly billing, cancel whenever with zero hassle, and you can export all your historical records on the way out.
What happens after the first month?
Billing starts in month two at the plan price, and you can cancel before it does. No card is needed to begin, and if you do nothing at the end the account goes read-only rather than deleting your data.
